Smudgy Cheeks Day 58 (Tuesday, May 24th, 2016)

I hiked 14.8 miles to Clarence Fahnestock State Park today.  They allow thru hikers to sleep there for one night.

When I was hiking I almost stepped on a toad on the trail today!

When I got to the state park I started to worry because I wasn't sure where to find freshwater to drink.  The bathrooms had a sign that said you can't drink the water there because there is too much sodium in it.  I was able to figure out how to get to the park office and get some drink water so I could make dinner.  The only problem was that I had to walk on the side of a highway to get it.  Some guy flew by me and almost hit me!!!

I made chicken for dinner and it was delicious.  Now i'm going to bed!
